Netrix Ventures Sp. z o.o. (Netrix.Ventures) is the General Partner (“GP”) of several Venture Capital funds focusing on investing in leading technologies in IT, Energy, Medicine and Biotechnology.

To do that two dedicated funds were created – IT / Energo AIF and Med / Bio-Tech AIF as a Lublin Province Fund.

The Funds operate in the Lublin Voivodeship with the goal of becoming the leading VC funds in Poland.

Lublin Province Fund invests in early stage / pre-revenue innovative companies with a proprietary IP in accordance to, compliant with regional smart specializations of the Lublin Voivodship (RIS).

The key investment areas are:

  1. IT / Energo AIF: ICT, IoT, electronics, microsystems, robotics, Big Data, low emission energy, automation processes, etc
  2. Med / Bio-Tech AIF: biotechnology, bioeconomy, foodtech, agrotech bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, medicine and health, genetics, etc





The implementation of the innovative project under the RIS will be verified on the basis of the document “Regional Innovation Strategy (RIS) of the Lublin Voivodship by 2020 (Lublin 2020)” and an indicative list of PKD codes being part of the smart specializations of the Lublin Voivodship adopted by the resolution of the Lublin Voivodship Board.
