§ 1

  1. The data controller of your personal data is Netrix Ventures Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Lublin at ul.   3. Personal data will be processed in order to analyze investment requests sent by the user in relation to the potential capital involvement of Alternative Investment Companies (AIC) managed by Netrix Ventures Sp. z o.o. in the project presented by the user.
  4. The processing of personal data for purposes other than the above will be possible only with the prior consent of the user – in this case the basis for the processing of data will be the appropriate consent of the user. Recipients of personal data can be:
    a) Netrix Group Sp. z o.o. – Business Environment Institution accredited by the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology,
    b) Netrix S.A. – Research and Development Center accredited by the Ministry of Investment and Development.

  1. The netrix.ventures website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by you browser. § 3

  1. To start a discussion about a potential investment, the name and surname, e-mail address and contact telephone number are necessary. Lack of consent to the processing of these data will prevent the conclusion and implementation of the contract. In addition, the user may provide other personal and address details voluntarily.
  2. Additionally if the user agrees, the data is collected in cookie files and saved in the browser settings.

§ 4

  1. Personal data will be processed until the consent to the processing of personal data is revoked, and after such revokation, during the period of limitation period of the claims of the data controller and in relation to it.
  2. The data controller has the right to process personal data for security purposes, to prevent frauds, as well as for statistical and analytical purposes for a period of up to 10 years from the end of the contract.

  1. Each user has the right to:
    (i) access to personal data concerning him, including obtaining a copy of personal data subject to processing,
    (ii) correcting and supplementing data in case of irregularity or obsolescence,
    (iii) deletion of data,
    (iv) restrictions on their processing in cases where the data subject questions the correctness of personal data (for a period allowing the administrator to check the accuracy of the data), the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the removal of personal data, requesting instead of limiting their use, the controller no longer needs personal data for processing, but it is needed by the data subject to establish, assert or defend claims,
    (v) data transfer – the data subject has the right to obtain, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format, personal data about him that he provided to the administrator and has the right to forward such personal data to another administrator without any interference from the controller, whom this personal data was provided,
    (vi) the right to object to the processing of personal data.
  2. All requests regarding the implementation of the above-mentioned rights should be directed to the Data Controller:

    c) personally at the Data Controller’s office.
  3. The Data Controller provides information on the actions taken without undue delay, within one month of receiving the request. Due to significant circumstances (including the number of requests or the complexity of the application), the deadline may be extended by a further two months.
  4. The Data Controller will inform the person whose data relate to the reasons for the delay and extension of the deadline.

  1. In relation to the personal data processing, each person has the right to file a complaint against the Data Controller’s action or omission to the supervisory body, which is:
